Yogurt kebab



Serves 6-8

Ingredients:

For the kebab:

* 500 g ground beef (preferable one piece)
* 500 g lamp minced meat 
* 2 eggs
* 1 bunch of parsley
* Salt & Pepper to taste
* 1 tablespoon cumin 
* 1 tablespoon allspice
* 1 teaspoon chilli flakes 
* 1 teaspoon paprika mild 
* 1 medium red onion
* 1/2 litter milk 
* 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek 
* 1 teaspoon oregano
* 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder 
* 4-5 bread slices 

For the sauce:

* 100 ml olive oil
* 100 gr butter
* 2 tablespoons paprika mild
* 1 tablespoon tomato puree
* Salt to taste

For serving:

* Pita breads (1 p.p.)
* Greek style yogurt (1tbsp p.p.)

Preparation:

Let the bread soak in the milk and drain after. 
Finely chop the onion.
Mix all the ingredients and let rest for 2 hours.
Shape into medium balls and cook on the grill or deep fry.


In a small pan, let the butter melt and add the rest of the ingredients. 
Cook on low temperature until the tomato pure is sweetened.

Serving:

Cut the pitas into 4 pieces, add a tablespoon of the yogurt and then the kebabs.
On top, add a tablespoon of the sauce.
